Does anyone know what this scrapbooking tool is?

There is a tool that I saw being demonstrated at a scrapbooking store about 4 years ago, and I have no idea what it is so I can buy it. Maybe someone can help me.
It's a pen that when you write with it, then let it dry, it becomes this raised writing, kind of like when you feel writing on a wedding invitation-like embossed. You didn't have to heat it or anything, and you had to write slow with it. Thats all I remember. If anyone knows what this is, I'd appreciate it!!
No, it is NOT a regular embossing pen- you don't have to use heat for this and there's no powder or anything.

Embossing pens. Any good arts and crafts store, or scrapbooking store should carry them.

Could it be one of the puffy paint pens? You draw with it and it puffs up when it dries.

There are different brands on the market, here's one with a video showing how it works. The ones I saw will puff without heat, too.:
